Session description

Block bookings are available to any horse that has already completed the intro session at Aqua Equine.

Block bookings offer a discounted price to the single session. Block bookings can only be used for a specific horse and not split or shared between horses.

After the intro session, sessions will build up the duration to a max time of 25 mins, increase of water depth and incline gradient (where applicable). Your horses programme will be tailored to them and is discussed and agreed with you. In the case of rehab clients, we will also seek your vets advice – typically they refer with all necessary info.

Once your horse has reached the max session time of 25 mins, all further sessions will be at that duration as long as your horse attends regularly. Should there be a significant gap between sessions, your horse will need to rebuild up to the max session time, water depth/incline.

Before you arrive ‼️

Please arrive at least 10 mins early to your session to allow you enough time to unload, remove rugs and boots to be ready for your slot.
Our slots run every 30 mins – if you are delayed your session time may be reduced accordingly so as to not impact the next client.

Please ensure your horses legs are clean – we take pride in our water’s cleanliness so any horse arriving with dirty legs will need them washing before they enter which could eat into your session time.
Please make sure your horses feet have been picked out.
Please wrap your horses tail – we recommend plaiting the bottom section of the tail then wrapping that up to the top section (see below)

Cancellations 🚫

We understand that things can go wrong last minute – especially when horses are involved – if something does go a miss last minute pls talk to us to see how we can best help.

In general, sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
All sessions require pre payment to confirm your booking.
Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will be charged the full session price.
